I didn't know they had an interview process. Andy, do you know how they conduct the interviews?
Hi!! Does anyone have a clue about this interview? (applied to the MTJ btw)

Heartiest congratulations!! Wish you all the very best for the interview!!
It's definitely good. Have confidence, and you'll do a great interview! You're already halfway in, so don't worry too much.
When did you apply? I also applied through the full scholarship track, for the LLM though, and am dreading what will happen to me!!
GUYS!
I woke up to a mail from the Academy asking for an interview this Monday (I’m on full scholarship track).
I didn’t expect it and I’m super nervous. Do you think it’s good or bad? I’m dying

Thank you!! I submitted my application on November 28th, very early on hehe

No, sorry, the people I know applied without scholarship the previous years. But in threads from previoyus years you can find some people talking about it, for the MTJ. I don´t think they do interviews for the LLM in any of the tracks.

Nice!! You did the right thing applying as early as possible.
I wanted to apply in November or early December. But all my plans went awry for various reasons, and I only made the deadline with less than an hour to spare. Ahhh well....

Thanks. Good to know that potentially there will be no interviews for the LLM.

Hello everyone!
Just a quick update; today I had my interview (it was short and sweet) and after that I inquired about when would we hear back from the Academy.
I was told they have to be making their decisions two weeks from now, thus sending letters by March. I guess this answer is particular to my context (MTJ and full scholarship), but I just wanted to let you know that timeline.

Hello Everyone!
I applied to the Geneva Academy, without scholarship to the LLM.
I applied in December and in January I received email with a question that I was supposed to respond in 15 minutes. I was so excited and nervous that I really don't know if my answer was correct.
Since this day I did not have any news from the Geneva Acaddemy!!
I am always looking what you are posting!!
I wish everyone all the best in this process.

Hello everyone!
I also applied for the MTJ on the scholarship track, but I applied on January 22nd. I hope we can all get an update soon. I believe interviews are quite common for the MTJ applications, but let’s just wait!
Good luck to everyone!

Hi all,
for the personal statement it is asking for no more than 2 pages. Do you know if this means 2 pages double spaced or single spaced?
Posted Feb 12, 2020 04:09
I used 1.15, I never wrote any personal statement double spaced but I don’t think is relevant as long as you keep it within the 2 pages.

Agree, i do not think it matters much as long as it is within the 2 pages, especially as the Academy did not specify a format.
Mine was a bit cramped, I used 1.08 (weird, I know), and I also reduced the page borders so I have more space to write.

Hello,
While we wait for the results...
"To confirm their wish to be considered for a scholarship, preselected LLM and MTJ students will have to pay a non-refundable deposit of CHF 150."
this means that they will let us know first that we have been preselected, we will have to pay and afterwards they will issue the formal results of the scholarship? meaning that we can be preselected and afterwards not receiving the scholarship?
+ does anyone know where does scholarship holders live?
Thanks in advance (:
