Fall half-semester?

Hi, I'm an American attorney ('09 law school grad) with time off from work 9/1 - 10/20. I was hoping to complete some kind of certificate program, preferably in EU law, competition law, international arbitration, or comparative law, though those are not the only possibilities. Specifically, I would like to do a program in Western Europe or the UK. Unfortunately the constricted time frame makes it difficult to find an appropriate program. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I should do with this time? Thanks very much in advance.

Northwestern and Wash U offer 15 week "LLMs" for about $40K, but I don't think you can do them in September or October.
