I've been accepted into Utrecht University and Maastricht University for the European Law LLM, but I am not sure which one to got to. Which one is the best to go to in terms of the reputation of the university and program, and the respective city-life?

If I were you, I´d choose Utrecht University, definitely. The city is really beautiful and only 1 hour far from Amsterdam!
