I am interesting in enrolling to LLM in Germany on one of the following fields European law, International law, German public law. I have German B.1 level and hopefully will end my B.2 by April. However off course I know its not enough to LLM nor for the thesis.

My questions are:

1. How do you find the Nürnberg, Freiburg and Passau universities for LLM studies?

2. If my LLB is not from one of the 4th best law schools in my country, will reduce the chances the university will accept my application?
