I would like to know when will the application portal for 2021-2022 open? will it still be online teaching for next school year ?

Don't expect a reply before the deadline, which is the 15th of July, starting from the following week they will respond.

As I know, situation of all candidates were announced in 2nd week of August at last semester. Likewise, mine is still not have been processed too. ( I think, like everyone's)

Yeah, I think that might be correct. However, for those who were approved last year(based on the discussions here), the acceptance letter arrived in the first week of August. In my opinion, the status should have been changed so far. 
the others who got the letter later than that, I suppose was after the lottery procedure described on their website

I honestly don’t believe that they will release the decisions today. The University isn’t that organised!

Didn't anyone receive date information e-mail from EULISP at 2 Aug, 17:20 (UTC+3) except me ? They sent it to me without asking so I thought that it was an automated e-mail sent to every applicant.

I didn't receive that, I thought you asked them so they replied to you, but sending it without asking is weird, and only to you! 

However, thanks for informing us. :) I believe that we will definitely receive acceptance/rejection this week. So tomorrow or after tomorrow max.
