Hi Roman,
I live in Maastricht for 2 years now, and finding accomodation has never been easy. But recently the university is offering arranged accomodation at guesthouses. Check out www.maastrichtuniversity.nl, and apply for a room. You cant get a decent room for much less than what they offer (350) and it also saves you a lot of hustle.
