I've been looking at the distance learning options for non-lawyers. I know Queen Marys are involved in the provision of the external system LLM at UoL, but they also offer an LLM Computer and Communication Law, that appears not to preclude completely people without a LLB.
What are the differences between the two offerings ? Is the content similar or even the same ? I realise the external LLM offers a lot more choice, but having a certificate from Queen Marys rather than "External" will be a willing compromise for less flexibility in module choice.
Edinburgh is the third possibility with an LLM in either Computer law or IP Law. However the cost , at 13kGBP is a lot more 760th0GBP cost of Queen Marys and UoL External offerings.
Thanks for your help!
