I am interested wit LLM External degree in University of London, and particulary interested by Corporate Finance and Managment Issues in Company Law.
As I know the following courses are taught on this Specialisation : Bankinq and Finance Law; Commercial and Corporate Law; Common Law; Corporate and Securities Law and International Business Law. Is it correct list or any other courses are required to complete the LLM degree for the LLB student from non the EU Country?
