Hey everyone,
So I recently applied to the GPLLM at UofT, and received a response stating that the comity had recommended that I receive an offer of admissions. But since my grades were lower than the requirements, it must be assessed by a second body of admissions.
My question is if this is a good sign? Anyone have an experience like this? Im super nervous.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a good sign - they are probably being more flexible with admissions this year, given the covid19 situation. They probably just want a second set of eyes on the application. If you applied with grades below the requirements, certainly you probably would have realized something like this would happen?
You can ask them if there's anything else that they need - otherwise, it's a waiting game at this stage.

Yeah, Im hoping its a good sign as well.
I did have what I think to be a legitimate mitigating circumstance, and solid personal statement/reference letters. Super anxious about this, nonetheless.
Have you applied?
