Hi, It's great that some of you have heard from the admissions committee - congratulations! I am an international applicant who has applied for short-thesis track (applied in late Dec.), and I am anxious at not hearing from the university still. TBH, I am kind of nervous! Have any other international applicants heard from the university, yet?

Same here. Hopefully we'll hear this week though, the website says this under the FAQ section:

"We aim to make all decisions by the end of March. LLM admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis. We will email successful applicants immediately when a decision has been made, and follow up with a letter in the mail. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified via email and mail as well. Please ensure your mailing address is updated online. Decisions cannot and will not be given over the telephone or in response to an email enquiry."

The University will be closed tomorrow, so if it's true that we'll know the decisions by the end of March, it has to be done in the next few hours. Otherwise, God knows how much further we have to wait.

Agreed - I don't think they're coming today so I guess we have to wait until at least next week :(

I called them last week Thursday and was told that the admission committee would meet later this week to consider the applications and/or take decisions on them. Meanwhile, I had applied for PhD/SJD and was not successful, but they offered to consider my SJD application for an LL.M admission. So, I believe that the decisions will come in anytime this week or next week. Has anybody had a similar experience and what difference does it make with respect funding opportunities?

I contacted them about 2 weeks ago. I was told they were 'aiming at' having everything done by the end of April, instead of the end of March, but people who applied early are still supposed to receive a decision first. It seems now that even if that remains true, the time gap between the earliest and the latest applicants in terms of notification amounts to merely a few days. So, for now, I'm still expecting a notification anytime from now till the end of the month. If that fails again, we need another inquiry.

I still haven't heard anything from them. I will just forget about the whole thing until whenever they choose to review my file.

I have left for more than two weeks and am now back to find that no one else has spoken since I last posted. Have everyone already received their replies from the school? Please update me. Thanks. (I still haven't heard anything.)
