Hi guys,

First time for me here! Nice meeting you all.

I’m from China and I decide to immigrate to Canada. I took my GDL diploma in London in 2017 and just wondering if I can be allowed to exempt some core subjects in NCA assessment.

Another thing I really want to know is how can those courses to be assigned by NCA be studied? I know there are three main ways for achieving that, as officially stated in NCA website, but, before I land Canada can I study those assigned courses by self-study in China? and even sit exams later on outside Canada, say, in China? Or, registering in designated Canadian Unis for the courses is compulsory by NCA?

Is anyone from China once tried this NCA assessment to become a lawyer in Canada?

Sorry, so many questions raised, it’ll be appreciated if anyone can suggest. Thank you guys!

Eric.
