what a shock! it is almost the end of the first semester and I just figured out NY's requirement. Well the previous semster I did 5 credits of immigration law ( 3 imm law and 2 clinic) and to my horro I do not see them included in their basic course list!!!!! Does that mean that I am simply unqualified to sit for the bar exam?????
I looked at CA requirement I did not see an exact requirement but it must be similar right?
Can I do one more semester of LLM ? do I have to go through another year of LLM for this mistake? Am I screwed?
