Do any US States allow a student having completed a civil law degree (LL.B.) in Quebec, Canada to sit their bar exams?

If you are an attorney in your home country California will allow you to sit for the bar examination.

as far as I know NY bar is rather loyal to foreign lawyers who did LL.M in the US.
