Yeah, look, with respect to LLM programs in Australia, the admission requirements are not as high as, say, in the top universities in the UK and US. The top law schools in Australia are (in order) Melbourne, Sydney, ANU and Queensland. In my opinion, you have a good chance to get into at least one of those universities to study for a LLM in commercial law.

Hello there,
I agree with The_Nagle as the entry into LLM programs in Australia are usually easy compared to UK/US. Majority of the Universities require you to only have a pass LLB/JD degree. Better universities may impose a slightly restricter requirement of a 'honours degree'.
As far as I am aware, there are also no quota on the number of the students they admit each year. However, some universities have a quota on the number of students they have for each class in order to ensure that the quality of seminar discussion is not diminished. This shouldnt be too big of an issue though.
Cheers,
Greg

Hi,
You might want to refer to other discussion boards within 'AU/NZ' as I have explained the route to admissions numerous times there ;)
Cheers,
Greg
