I just got offers from Nottingham University, University College, London, Manchester University from UK and Melbourne University, Monash University and Australian National University for my LLB.............which university do you think would offer me the best LLB?

Depends where you live.
How will you finance your studies? If you live near any of the uni's go to that uni. They are all good uni's.
However, if money is no obstacle i'd choose London. Keep in mind tuition costs and living expenses though - they are quite high in England, especially London. Most undergrads from Melbourne who study in Melbourne (albeit under government loan - HECS) struggle financially. Don't forget, an LLB lasts for 4 years!!!
