How much of the average GPA admitted to LL.M. in Melbourne Law school?

I’ve been finding for an average or minimum GPA admitted into LL.M. in Melbourne Law School for a few days, but I have not found it yet. I am really eager to get admitted into that uni but I got not that high GPA, so I really worry about the GPA’s criteria. If I know what the average GPA is, I would predict about the possibility in getting into the Melbourne Law School. The things I’ve found in the website are only TOEFL or IELTS and LSAT scores, so I can’t calculate or assess my scores at total to predict about the chance of getting into the Melbourne Law School. Actually in the US, there will be the statistic of GPA and LSAT scores a year available in websites, so I guess Australia’s uni might have such statistic, but I don’t know how to find it out. So, I’m asking for help form students in Melbourne Law School in this web board.

Hey did you get an idea of how much CGPA will be required to get in? As I am also interested in applying, I am also concern about the same!

The school says that they're looking for those with first degrees in law "at honours standard."

From what I know about the Australian grading standard, a second-class honours converts to a B average or 3.0 on the 4.0 scale.

But contact the school to have them clarify.

Hi, I was admitted to Melbourne Law School and I didn't have a particularly high GPA. It was 6.2 on an 8 point scale at an Indian law school.

Hi Everyone,
So I am very keen towards pursuing Masters in Commercial law in University of Melbourne. And I wish to work in Australia for a year or two. But what is holding me back is the Visa Extension that we get after studying in Melbourne is a month, as the course is just for a year. So I will have literally just a month in hand to figure out a job or back to India. So what do you’ll suggest? Should I take a risk and also is there anyone who has studied in Melbourne and can give me some suggestions on this issue.

It would be a great help if someone can give me their suggestions on this.
Thank You.
