i am currently in my final year of my LLB, i also have a BA Law. I am interested in practicing in Australia, maybe Melbourne or Sydney. My interest lies in Media Law. I have heard that one can write an eligibility test which allows to practice in the UK or Australia, is this true? Do i need to do my articles first before i can go overseas or can i do articles there or do some form of test? Please help?
