hi everyone, i am a 2010 law graduate myself but this question is about my cousin if anybody could help..
he had completed his law degree from india in 1995 but started practising late in 2008. Now he wants to apply for the QLTT cetificate of eligibility but does not know how to explain the 13 year gap between the completion of his degree in 1995 and practice in 2008 to SRA.. please help.

This may came out a little harsh, but why not tell the truth? I mean, if he took 13 years to start practicing law, I bet he must've had a very good reason...
