Dear Friends,
I have graduated in commerce and a Cost & Management Accountant, recently I have passed LL.B and want to persue a PG course even a LLM, but as you can understand I have two constrains-
1. Can't attend a full time course
2. Can't afford to pay a lot

So I have tried to find out the cheapest course, which to my mind should be a non-commercial course. In this case a course on Human Rights will be a good one, and I can also be able to do something better for others. I am aged 38 and looking for guidence from you if you can help me out finding a suitable course for me considering the above two constraints of mine.
