I am a Law Graduate from Delhi University. I am working in a govt organisation since 3 years. I want to pursue Distance or Online LLM from a reputed Indian or Foreign University. Please guide.

The University of London offers an Online LLM in Human Rights Law, that might be worth looking into.

Also, American University in the US has an Online LLM in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

There's also Emory, also in the US, which offers a couple of reliant specializations as part of its Online LLM.

After my research i have learnt that Emory University is not recognized by Bar Council Of India. Am i Correct?

Emory is a top US school, so I'd find it odd if it's not recognized as other top US schools are.

However, you'll have to contact the Bar Council and ask them directly.
