As for accommodation, you can consider renting out rooms in flats. Would cost you anywhere between $500.00 to $1,000.00 depending on location and type of room. If going through agents, you would need to pay their commission as well. Please Google for "master bedroom / common bedroom for rent in Singapore". You will get a feel of the system. Before you commit, please make sure that. HDB has permitted the room to be rented out. Try to use an approved agent.
