I am a HR(Human Resource Manager) professional of 6 years.Presently working in an IT company as HR Manager in Kolkata.I have a PGDM(HR) degree but I have no degree in Law.

I am planning to do the Master of Business Law(MBL) distance learning course from National Law School Bangalore of 2011-2013 session.I would request the forum members to guide me whether this course will enhance my career growth.
