Hi, you have to take a look at specific requirements of the particular schools. The requirements vary usually between 3.0-4.0.

GPA is only one factor, however I think Lafcia is right when he states that 3.0 is the minimum.
Things like work experience, publications, institution of undergraduate studies, other experience, quality of references and drafting of personal statement are all equally important variables.

Check the specific program requirements at the school which you want to apply. THe dedlines vary a lot.
Usually when you apply for a Fall term the deadline is December/January/February depending on school.
When you apply for a Winter term the deadline may be May/June or August. However not all scholls have the LLM's starting in Winter.
You will find on the Universities LLM's web sites what they want you to put in personal statement. Usually you have to convince them that you are the right person to be admitted to the program.

Thanks. I am kind of finding it difficult to choose from Cardiff University in Wales Uk and Osgoode University and University of western Ontario in Canada for Masters in International Business Law. What do you think?
