Nice to know some1 else in the world's concerned about this... The nice lady at the school mailed me today. She said they're waiting for the budget of the WTO...apparently so they'll know how much they'll be able to apply to the program. I guess we'll all have to wait for the budget as well. Admissions are probably also conditioned on same.
