Hi, take a look at www.dundee.ac.uk/cepmlp for courses on environmental law and scholarship opportunities. Other schools that may be worth taking a look at are: University of Aberdeen and University of Denver, I know these two are involved in energy also but I am not sure of thier environmental law emphasis.
