Peking University PKU

The LL.M. program of Peking University is for international students and legal professionals seeking a comprehensive and systematic understanding of Chinese law from a first class law school. There is a deep focus of the program on Civil and Commercial Law but with offerings on Constitutional Law, Judicial Systems and Chinese Society, students will receive a well-rounded overview of the Chinese legal system. The small class size is a great strength of the program as it allows greater interaction in class discussions and closer supervision of students by a world class faculty. The first year of the program is allotted for coursework and in the second year, students will have internship opportunities and opportunity for independent research in the preparation of a thesis.
