Back when the University had received the hard copy of all the documents, I had received an email acknowledging the application materials that they had received. In the same email they had stated that the responses will be sent out in early April 2023. So I guess another month or so of wait.
On the other hand my online application info just shows "Submitted Online". I don't know if that is supposed to change during the consideration stage.

So far I've read on social media that (apart from the IBL stream which sent out admission offers much earlier, and recently rejection letters) the NUS LLM programs that already sent out their (first?) round of offers are: general, corporate and financial services, IADR, and maritime law (today on March 2nd), which more or less happend in the past couple of weeks. More information is welcome!

NUS doesn't really have many scholarships floating around, but most of their rather limited scholarships would have been handed out pretty soon after the early decisions were made in Feb or so, so expect around mid-late March ish. You can get a scholarship much later than this, though. Typically because the original scholarship offer holder went somewhere else, like to an Ivy or Oxbridge. Like everywhere else, they have a list with offers that trickles down as they go.
