University of London Launches New Course in the Law of International Project Finance

New course available to students pursuing one the school's online LL.M specializations

University of London International Programmes has added a new course option for students pursuing the school's distance-learning LL.M. programs.

The new course, "Law of International Project Finance," promises to provide an overview of project finance and the field's associated legal issues.

The course will cover a wide range of topics ranging from loan financing to cross-border risks and construction contracts.

"Law of International Project Finance" can be applied to one of the following LL.M. specializations:

  • Banking and Finance Law
  • Commercial and Corporate Law
  • Corporate and Securities Law
  • Financial Services Law
  • International Business Law
