Virtual conference to cover how lawyers can achieve positive negotiation outcomes
According to the organizers, the virtual session will "highlight research and techniques for achieving positive outcomes" for negotiations, and will cover topics like how to make a first offer, how to frame difficult questions, and the psychology behind human decision making. The talk will be given by Lynn P. Cohn, director of the Center on Negotiation and Mediation at Northwestern Law School.
