Jose Manuel Barroso to deliver annual Emile Noel Lecture

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso will deliver the Fourth Annual Emile Noel Lecture at New York University School of Law on April 26, 2007. Barroso's talk is entitled "The State of the (European) Union."

This invitation-only event is part of an annual series of lectures co-sponsored by the Hauser Global Law School Program and the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice.  The event is designed to promote awareness of the European Union. NYU faculty, students and invited guests typically have the chance to participate in a question and answer session after the talk.
