It is quite early.. in mid Januarythe amount of the scholarship has not been decided yet

Hi Everybody and Congratulations upon all awarded with admissions letters!
I've also sought admission in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. They've recently notified me about the completeness of my application. Further, they also informed that they'll probably arrive at a decision within a couple of weeks. I applied there because this instituition is highly-held in my country and there's also an exchange agreement signed between this university and my government.
Again, Congrats for your admissions!

Hi- this me that got admitted into BU, i read ur query elswhere about Bu and its taxation programme; I got admitted into the Finance and Banking Law, so cant be of much help there...otherwise BU is a respected name and is generally considedred as one among the top 15 law schools in the US(atleast here in India)

Thanks. In the other post re BU somebody wrote it was not a top-tier.
I am considerring going there as I have family in Boston. I am not sure what is more important - having family near you or going to a better school. Is BU good enough to go there or as it is "not a top-tier" school I should go to the best one I get in and not take considerations such as family there into acount?!
