When is Columbia going to release decisions?

Does anyone know when Columbia is going to release decisions?

I have been glued to my computer screen for the last couple weeks and am starting to wonder if we are ever going to get a decision!!!

for now, no news is good news. they've started sending rejections and wait-lists. i'd rather have no news for now than be rejected!

i suppose i will start to worry about not hearing from columbia, if i don't hear from harvard, when the (harvard) results are released en masse...

I got my admission to the LLM program last Wednesday (March 4th) and received a 20,000 tuition waiver!.

Medam, would you mind telling us where you are from? And have you applied in regular cycle? I think you are the only one, as far as I am aware, who received an offer within the last couple of days. Thanks!

I also read in other posts that a few people received offers from CLS last week.

CLS traditionally rolls its admission dates over time. In most years, the first students who would be aware of their admission status (who did not apply under early admission) would receive their admissions in mid-Jan. The admissions then roll on to end of March, taking into account admissions and rejections from the students contacted earlier, and the cycle repeats itself (until the entire class is constituted). In short, if you've not heard from CLS, you're not out of contention just yet (since the rejections also traditionally follow the same trend). If that is true, and to be honest, the above observations are anecdotal, if you have not heard anything yet, you're still technically in the game, so keep the faith.

Since some have until 25th of March to accept / decline tuition waivers I think you can expect some seats to be released until, and then.

I got my rejection letter 4 hours ago! I am a bit dissapointed since I think I have a better profile than some I know who were accepted last year. Anyway, they said that they got more applications this year around 1,700 than in a long time. Well they miss out on it!
