I'd hate to say that, but I think we better not take much hope.

I think we can keep on hoping. We have to wait for all admitted people to other universities (HLS and Columbia)and going elsewhere to give their answer to NYU. Maybe we will hear from them in 2 weeks.

i'll be rejecting my ofer from NYU so thats one slot empty......i'm sure there will be many others.....so dont lose hope yet

I'm in the US and also haven't heard from NYU. As a friend of mine told me, when I suspected that I'd get a rejection, "It's not proven yet, cousel" So, guys, we still have a chance until we get rejected:-)

Nobody seems to have been rejected from NYU (???)...so it's fair to induce that rejections letter were sent last and can be expected soon. I would like to remain positive, but it seems to make sense...

AB, I'm from De Meern (Utrecht). At the moment I live in New Jersey, but my mail will come to my home address in The Netherlands. The wait is driving me crazy. I've been accepted by Cornell and Fordham. Even though Cornell is higher ranked, I'll probably go to Fordham because then I don't have to move away to campus and can just commute from where I live in New Jersey. The deadline to pay the deposit is this Friday, April 15th. I hope to hear from NYU before that. Let's see...

Still no response...even though the addmissions office keeps telling me they sent a package to my P.O. Box in California (I live in Mexico) I am still waiting...I hope to receive it soon......good luck to all.....

I received my admitted package yesterday (April 11).
It was posted by NYU on April 7. So, they are still sending the letters.

when I calles NYU a week or so ago they said they sent my application on April 1st. I guess I wont be getting a UPS pacage in the near future.
Silk - did they tell you the same while you were waiting or did you not call them or did they tell you there still is no answer regarding you - ?
it is pointless to wait for an addmission if they said my decision was sent on the first - right?

what about all of you that were still waiting around April 5th. are you still waiting? did you hear anything? what decision did you receive?

When I called NYU the other day I was told all were sent, at the latest, last week. So even if they were sent Friday, we would have received them (by UPS) yesterday, like Silk. Hopefully I'm wrong about that!

I spoke to NYU today. My letter was posted on Monday 4th April. They said that I should've received their letter by now and that they are re-sending my letter. I have asked them to forward my letter to my local address in New Jersey instead of back home in The Netherlands, so let's see...

I am a domestic applicant in Los Angeles. I got my acceptance packet today, Wed April 13. It was dated April 8. I got into the LLM in Trade Regulation.

i am here in the US. i have got no word from NYU either. i guess that means i should not be looking somewhere else, but try to be positive. the suspense may be too much. for those who are waiting like me, God is faithful... that has always worked for me.
