I graduated from law school in May from a school ranked at the bottom of tier 1/top of tier 2 with a 3.3 gpa (top 37% of the class) with moot court and journal experience (published in school journal for case synopsis on tax case). I'm currently working for a Big4 firm and would like to continue working for the firm but pursue an LLM in about two years. My question is really what can I do in the next couple of years to set myself apart as an applicant? Is there anything, in addition to work experience, that the schools view favorably that I should consider doing?
What would be the best way to strengthen my LLM application?
