I have got admission from both UPenn(without any financial aid) and Goergetown ( with financial aid, near the amount of my tuition), if you were in my shoes, which one would you prefer?

Georgetown offers you the near-full tuition? Why hesitant then???? Go for Georgetown!! Penn is an elite school with a lot to offer but obviously not money. Let's face it, it's not like between Georgetown and Harvard or Yale. Georgetown all the way!

Seriously, don't even think twice, take the offer from Georgetown. Starting with little to no debt is more advantageous than getting an LL.M. from Penn with loads of debt.
