Are all admitted students observed 'under review 1,2,3 rounds'. If I see only 'under review' since January, is it means that they do not consider my application anymore?
I would be so thankful if someone might share information.

Someone on the other thread has said that almost all applications, regardless of the decision go through at least two rounds of review. There is no number indicated on the status page, but you might notice 'under review' and a different current status date. For example, my first UR was on Jan 27, and second on Feb 02. Though I'm a bit worried that such a quick change is indicative of a rejection, I don't think you should worry. It will probably change soon. Hope this helps!
