Hi Semih,
Like you I wanted to go for the LLM Programm in Minnesota but I thought i cannot manage it until 1April so i decided to try it next year. Where are you from? Are you only looking for scholarship from UoM because I think they give after getting the admission for the LLM Prog.

Hi,
Why are you so interested in UMN's LLM program? I am interested in this school, too.

First of all, Umn Law has a good reputation and in the top 20 list. Secondly, I want to study at a state University because of financial reasons. I'm from Turkey. You?

Hi Semih,
I´m from Germany. I choose UofM like you because of their reputation and coast. Another reason is that i have relatives over there so i have cheap place to stay.

Hi,
I don't think studying a LLM in a state universuty is cheaper than a private university.
The tuition in UMN, UCB......are as expensive as private schools.
MBA and LLM are the money trees for them.

I didn't consider the school tuition only. State universities offer more economical options for accommodation. Also I heard that Minneapolis is a very good city to live and study. I think it's cheaper than NY, Washington DC and Chicago.
