I am torn between UCLA and Cornell, knowing that :
1. I want to study criminal and white-collar crime law
2. I am interested in finding job/internship opportunies in the USA
3. I want to take the New York bar exam
If you have any opinion, it would be great!

I did not LLM at UCLA, please do not go to UCLA. You should go to the other one if you have any chance. I got 3.8 for my GPA, but never found a job and no place to study for the bar because library closes to early (that is why their passing rate is too low). They said, if I could have 3.6, I would be accepted to JD Transfer, but it was not true. UCLA just wants money from LLM students.

I dunno man, it looks like the UCLA Law libraries have similar hours to other law libraries elsewhere, like Columbia:
http://hours.cul.columbia.edu/?library=law
And even Cornell's...

I think that that's probably not the best reason for not passing the bar... Considering that some 85%+ of UCLA JDs pass the bar on the first time... Just saying.

I went to UCLA and there are several libraries one of them was open after midnight every day. I spent more time there than in my bed.
Cornell has a predominant Asian component. UCLA has much more diversity. As for passing the Bar Exam well this depends on the student. Students pass the exam at both schools.
Los Angeles is a huge city could be fun but at the same time might be hard to get around if you do not have a car. Cornell is 4 hours from NY and with nothing there. An LL.M. is also a life opportunity to spend a year abroad meet new people and visit new places.
Personally I would pick UCLA as I did in the past
