I also received the completion email - just yesterday.
Don't worry, it's not so late...this is actually the second completion email I have received out of 6 schools...I applied to all of them in the last useful day though. Good luck!

I received my app. complete mail from Berkeley on December the 12th.

I also received mine yesterday...

I think I am the slowest mover, I submitted the application on Dec. 1 and had my recommendation letters reach the office on Dec. 15... so I received an application incomplete email around christmas time.
I am wondering, though, if the theory Legal eagle advanced in another trhead is correct...i.e. that applications are reviewed per group of countries by number of applications received from each country. Where are u guys from? I am from Italy, and I suspect sure they have lots of applications from here...
