Hello friends !
I am a practising lawyer in India as in the present scenario of global reformation taking its place in all the feilds and even in the legal feild we are in need of international lawyers so in order to make my base in the global market i need your valuable guidance on few queries below:
1. I am thinking of sitting for LSAT from India any inputs and will it be helpful .
2. Will i be eligible for Cal bar ,what are the basic criteria for sitting for the exam .Can I sit for this exam online .I am a licensed lawyer In Delhi High court.
3. Can i sit for UK solicitor transfer certificate exam, so that i will be eligible for practising in UK too.Any Information.
Please help me urgently as it will help me to take a decision and to come out of my dillema regardid my future.

1. I do not know the answer to this question.
2. Yes. If you are qualified as an attorney in your country you should be eligible to sit the CA Bar exam. I do not remember if they require a minimum / professional experience. I would recommend that you check this with the California Bar itself.
3. Yes but England is now making things more difficult for applicants from outside the European Union. The name of the transfer test is the QLTT and you can contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority for more information.
Please note that a UK LLM does not help to take the bar exam in England but a US LLM can open the doors of certain US Bar exams like NY. No need of a LLM though for California.
