Stanford or Harvard LL.M. for corporate law?

Hi guys, I have been admitted to both Stanford Corporate Governance Program and Harvard Program. I have a big dilemma on which offer should I accept. I am a corporate lawyer focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions, but I am also interested in law teaching in the corporate law and securities regulation fields for the future. From one side I have Harvard incredible brand, curriculum and alumni network. From the other side I have the amazing Stanford small tailor-made program and the sun of California. Any advice or suggestion? Thanks!

Congratulations!! I have been waitlisted by Harvard and have not yet heard anything from Stanford and honestly I am losing my optimism. I have a friend who was in the same situation as you are 2 years ago. She chose Harvard because of financials mainly given Cali is much more expensive. Also, you should rather consider your future options as well whether you would like to work in NY or elsewhere or revert back to your hometown etc. Needless to say, I would jump on an offer from Stanford, especially after having been waitlisted. But also, the fact that the program is tailor-made and focusing on corporate governance is a plus. Did you receive a phone call from Stanford prior to receiving your admission?
