Hello
I just thought to create a thread for the Stanford LL.M. application for the programme starting 2022-2023.
I applied for the specialisation in Law, Science and Technology.
I sent my application on 1 December 2021.
Any one else who applied to Stanford?

Hey, I also applied to the International Economic Law program. What's everyone's background?
I'm French-trained, specialized in international law, with close to three years experience in big firms.

Hey, I also applied to the International Economic Law program. What's everyone's background?
I'm French-trained, specialized in international law, with close to three years experience in big firms.
I applied to the SPILS and IELBP tracks. I am a Mexican-trained attorney and economist, with 4 years of work experience, in both the public and private sectors, including big firms and the Supreme Court. My professional practice has been mostly focused on financial law.
Academically, I graduated 1st and with the highest distinctions in my undergrad and graduate studies in the best Mexican Law School, with one year as exchange student at Duke University. On top of that, I have written articles for multiple legal journals and I have done extensive research in both of my theses.
In terms of volunteering, I was a UNICEF volunteer in poor communities of Central America and Colombia.
My referees include a Supreme Court Justice, a Duke researcher, the Dean of the Law School where I studied (a Harvard alumn) and a Partner of an international firm, who also attended to Stanford.
Hope that´s enough to get admitted :D
Good luck to everyone.
Hmmm. Not sure that's enough Aldobetpal

Hi guys! Is there anyone who applied but haven't received a status check email from Stanford yet? I submitted on Dec. 1 and received an email suggesting that "after your application is processed, we will contact you again with information on how to check your application status online." Just wondering if I should contact them...
