Being anxious isn't going to change the result. Just be happy. There are people without food, clothing or places to live in. #facepalm-first-world-issues.

Till now I have not seen any person getting accepted to the LST Program!!! Please do not tell me that they are cancelling LST Program this year like they scraped the International Trade Program last year.......

Feeling really scared and apprehensive!!! I guess after a couple of days, the time will be right, for the LST applicants, to press the panic button.

What happens if they scrap it? Nothing. Nobody gets admitted and you can pick from your other options. What can you do about it if they scrap it? Nothing.

you need to meditate and chill out.

Some ppl are already admitted and the grad. department answered my e-mail saying that by 1 april they anticipate to inform everyone. That is why I guess they do not cancel anything else but still go on reviewing...
so lets stay positive...

Did you ask specifically about admissions to the LST? Just because I know people that were admitted to the other programs, but still haven't heard of anybody to the LST...

And, just for the records, I know that we all sound like babies just wanting something, but this forum exists so that people in the same situation may share experiences, worries, good news... If the moment right now is of anxiety, then let people be anxious and talk about it! :)

And I'm just trying to calm them down :)

I asked them about LST. and the 1 april deadline was also on their website.
I didnt receive a call from them. And this is what makes me nervous merely.
Because according as my other results, which I got later than other people, declaration date is not a criteria.

Anyways e-mails on monday will be the answer to all questions!

A friend has just told me that called SLS yesterday evening and they said that they still haven't admitted anyone to LST. This is so confusing!

About the phone call/ interview, I wouldn't be nervous, because they rarely call people for the LST. A friend of mine that went last year said that almost nobody of the admitted group got it.

That is what I was referring to. It is extremely weird that SLS has not announced a single acceptance for the LST Program and already half the week preceding the deadline of April 1, 2013 is over. Either they want to announce it on the deadline itself or there is something going on in the mind of the Admission Office!!!

I'm with you. I think it is really weird, but at the same time it would make no sense if SLS cancelled this program, since it is one of the most famous/respected they have...
