hi i'm planning to apply exclusively to schools with possibility of providing full scholarship (+ stipend if possible)
If u guys know of any such schools please let me know.
I know that North Ohio university is one, but b/c of some reasons i cannot apply there..
so help me out and give me any schools (in US or elsewhere in the world) that give such opportunities
