Fully furnished - I can leave all my stuff TV, couches, bed etc if you want. Rent is $3500 per month. I got a good deal when I signed the lease. Now prices are hiked up to $4200 in same building for similar apartment. So you save loads of $$ and its a short 6 month lease. You can take the entire apt or split half with existing roommate. So your share will be $1738. I can fill you on rent/details later.

If you are a student - this apartment is ideally located near all major stations and is walking distance to everything.
