Here's a good piece of advice, and I think you should take this very seriously. Do not look up LLM application essays, not even to get an idea about what you should write in this essay, or what the structure of this essay should be.

Bear in mind that the person(s) reading your essay will read tons of other essays. Those essays that look alike will be perceived as carrying a lack of imagination.

Put on a piece of paper all the elements that you want to present to the Admissions Committee. Then think about how you could articulate these so that they fit together in a coherent way. This is the most important part of the essay, it has to make sense as much in its content as in its structure! As you can easily imagine, everyone's background and personal information is different, so content and structure are (and must be!!) different too.

Looking at other essays will make your task more difficult.
