Hi! I am currently attending St.Thomas University In Florida. I just started the M.S.M in Human Resources so recently, I heard that the school offers the LL.M. Program in Intercultural Human Rights. I like law, but I do not want to be a lawyer. Can someone explain to me what the LL.M program is about and what career may I go into? Do to the holidays the campus is closed!
Thanks!
Please Explain!!!

Hm, why don't you want to earn a MBA degree? I am not a HR professional, but my impression is that some HR people have MBAs..

An MBA is your best option, because it provides postgraduate training in general management. Given your academic background, an LLM may not be a good idea since it is an advanced degree essentially designed for lawyers and law professors (with some notable exceptions).
