So far, I got admissions from Penn, Cornell, and Washu. Although I am sincerely waiting for more admissions from schools, Washus deadline for deposit comes just some days later. Personally, I specialize law and economics, and I would like to enter JSD after LLM. In Washu, some faculty members are really big names and fit my interests, and I found more courses of l&e to take in Washu rather than Penn. I am wondering if I have to ignore the official USNews rankings or general reputation, and put Washu ahead of Penn.
How do you think about Penn v. Washu (plus v. Cornell )considering this specialization and career prospects?
