Can any of you let me know whether Any Part Time Employment is permitted during LL.M. Study in USA?
Or Assistantship?

If so, how much could be expected.

Heard that once landed there having taken care of a semester's fee etc., would be in a position to earn himself for the next semester the tuition fee, living expenses etc. What is your answer?

The F1 visa only allows you to work on campus. Research positions are competitive though LLM students seem to have an edge over the JD students in this. There are other jobs available at the library or with security. They pay within the range of $12-15 hour and you are limited to 20 hours a week. ( this might just be a rule at my university).

Its practically impossible to earn your next term tuition though you can take care of living expenses. Though you must realize that LLM courses are very demanding aand dont leave you with much time.
