Do you know that any online distance LL.M. program which qualify a foreign lawyer to sit for any U.S bar?

And also what do you think about online LL.M. programs if it exists?

1) very few states allow you to sit the bar exam without a jd
2) some require an LLM ( i think California) but, an online LLM would not be accepted!
